Mon-Wed: 9a-7p for order submissions and inquiries only. No Deliveries

If you have an order needed Mon-Wed and the order is $200.00 or more, please call (816) 686-6738.

Thurs-Fri: 9a -7p for order submissions, inquiries, and deliveries.

Saturday: 9a -1p for order submissions, inquiries, and deliveries.

Sunday: 11a-1p For deliveries only. Order submissions and inquiries will be responded to on Monday.

 

Standard orders (cake, icing, and sprinkles) must be placed 4 business days (excludes Saturday after 1pm and all day Sunday) in advance.*

Custom orders (fondant toppers) must be placed 7 calendar days in advance.*

Orders are accepted based on availability.

 

Orders are being accepted for the next 60 days. Only order totaling $500.00 or more may be booked further than 60 days out.

*Ordering within the required timeframe does not guarantee availability. Dates are booked and closed off based on deposits received. The earlier you order the better. Up to 60 days in advance. A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of up to 50% of the total price is required the same day the order is submitted. If you are unable to fulfill the deposit today, please submit your order when you are able to fulfill the deposit. You will be contacted when your order is submitted and advised of the deposit amount. In the event that a customer chooses to cancel their order, 100% of the deposit will be considered forfeited and is not valid towards another date. Additionally, after the deposit is paid, no changes of any kind, including but not limited to date changes, inclement weather, or order details, are permitted.

Delivery Fees

There are currently 4 pick-up locations. 

Pick-up times will be disclosed closer to the date, but are between 11a and 1p on Saturday and Sunday.

Thursday and Fridays are after 5:30p.

If you need a delivery time before or after the above timeframe, you can request it and a $10.00 fee will be added if approved.

Door to door deliveries are extremely limited.

If door to door delivery accommodations are available, a $10.00 delivery fee will be applied to the order.  

 

A rush fee will be added to all ​orders that are accepted but placed without proper notice. The rush fee will be disclosed at the time the order is accepted. Immediate payment may be required on rush orders. An additional fee may be added based on complexity.  

 

A late fee will be incurred if a customer is more than 10 minutes late for their delivery time. More often than not, CCSC has deliveries back to back, so staying on time is critical. It is not guaranteed that CCSC will be able to wait for customers. If CCSC is able to stay and wait and the customer is 10-30 minutes past their scheduled delivery time, the late fee is $15.00. The late fee will be added to the balance due and must be paid prior to products being released to the customer. CCSC will not wait past 30 minutes. As an alternative and if the products have not been already been resold, they may be picked up at a location and time designated by CCSC.

Payment Options

Deposits

An invoice will be emailed to the customer to be paid with a credit or debit card.

If the customer don't have a credit or debit card, other acceptable payment methods are PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. CASHAPP IS NO LONGER ACCEPTED.

 

Remaining Balances

All remaining balances must be paid in Cash, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle at the time of delivery. No other payment methods are accepted for final balances.

 

Refund/Return Policy

All of our products are guaranteed to be fresh because they are made to order. If you are not completely satisfied with the freshness of your products, please let me know. In order to receive a refund, all uneaten products must be returned. You will receive a refund for the portion you returned. If products are not returned, a percentage off of your next order will be given. Cee-Cee’s Sweet Creations will not honor refund and/or returns for any other reason(s), including but not limited to buyer’s remorse.

 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any ethical reason.
